Tamás Szabó

Tamás Szabó was born in Budapest, Hungary. He received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, in 1994 and 2001, respectively. From 1997 to 1999, he was a Research Assistant at the Department of Measurement and Information Systems, Budapest University of Technology and Economics. From 1999 to 2002, he was a DSP Research and Development Engineer. Since 2002, he has taken part in seismic digital data acquisition system development. His research interests cover the areas of digital and analog signal processing and neural networks. He has published more than 15 scientific papers and owns a patent in the field of acoustic signal processing.
