Teguh Hariyanto

Teguh Hariyanto was born in August 19, 1959. He received the bachelor’s and M.Sc. degrees in geodesy engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia, in 1984 and 1987, respectively, and the Dr.-Ing. degree in remote sensing from Die Universitat Hannover, Hanover, Germany, in 1994. From 2005 to 2014, he was the Head of the postgraduate program with the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia. He is a Chief Lecturer with the Department of Geomatics Engineering, ITS. Some of the subjects he teaches were basic photogrammetry, digital photogrammetry, close-range photogrammetry, remote sensing, geographic information systems, applied geographical information systems, coastal area management, and planning information systems. Besides being active as a Lecturer, he is also active in a professional organization: the Indonesian Society for Remote Sensing (ISRS). His research interest is in remote sensing and geographic information systems.
