Thomas Cokelaer currently works at the C3BI-HUB bioinformatics and biostatistics, Institut Pasteur. Currently leading the drylab activities of the sequencing facility of the Institut (https://biomics.pasteur.fr) with an emphasis on snakemake development for standard and non-standard NGS analysis. Main developer of bioservices.readthedocs.io (access to web services programmatically), sequana.readthedocs.io (NGS snakemake pipelines) and bioconvert (convert NGS format between each other).
