Dr. Sushanta K Kamilla is currently working as Professor of Physics at Faculty of Engineering and Technology (ITER), Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar. Dr. Kamilla received his Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from I.I.T. Kharagpur, INDIA. His major research area includes III-V and II-VI Magnetic Semiconductor Materials and Devices, Thin film and VLSI Fabrication Technology, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, MEMS and Biosensor. Till now, 45 research papers have been published/presented by Prof. Kamilla in National/International journals/ Conferences of high repute. Also Dr. Kamilla and his research group have published for 12 patents on indigeneously developed apparatus.
