Bio

My main research interest is in psychological treatments for sleep problems and sleep disorders, with a number of studies on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i). I am currently involved in projects on treatment of insomnia and other sleep difficulties in psychiatric populations, predicting outcome and adapting ongoing treatments to improve treatment outcome for patients at risk of treatment failure, mechanisms of CBT-i, and digital solutions to increase access to CBT-i.
