Since the early 1990's my career interest and passion has been to better understand the lives of young people. In particular, I have always been interested in what kinds of experiences, structures and relationships support young people to thrive in life. My particular interest is in developmental relationships across different settings, particularly youth-adult partnerships. I strive to understand how interactions with adults help young people navigate adolescence and early adulthood.
