Stein Olav Skrøvseth received the Ph.D. and M.Sc. degree in physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Sydney, Australia, and since 2009, he has been a Research Scientist at the Norwegian Centre for Integrated Care and Telemedicine, Tromsø, Norway. He is currently a Visiting Scientist at IBM T.J. Watson Research Laboratory, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA.
