Mikhail V. Starodubtsev

Mikhail Starodubtsev was born in Gorky, Russia, on July 10, 1970. He received the Ph.D. degree in plasma physics from both the Institute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, and the University of Paris XI, Paris, France, in 1999. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist with the Institute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Starodubtsev was awarded the Medal and the Prize of the Russian Academy of Sciences for Young Scientists in 2004.
