Srikanth B. Samavedam

Srikanth Samavedam received the master’s degree in materials engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 1998. He is currently a Senior Director of Technology Development with GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Malta, NY, USA. His current research interests include CMOS scaling, FinFETs, high-k gatestacks, and manufacturability.
