Associate professor in molecular biology and bioinformatics with more than 15 years of experience in research and teaching. I assort advanced techniques of molecular biology and I have great experience in using bioinformatics tools and in performing Next-generation sequencing as well as downstream analyses. My research interests are primarily inclined to molecular biology, epidemiology, pathogen genomics, and bioinformatics. My focused aim is to conduct whole-genome sequencing of clinically relevant pathogenic microorganisms using next-generation sequencing platforms.
