Bio
Ken W. Smart (M'09) received the Associate Dipl. in engineering, in 1993, and Bachelor of Engineering degree in engineering practice from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, in 2009.
He joined CSIRO division of Radiophysics, in January 1991, working in the antenna group. He currently manages CSIRO's antenna measurement facilities where he has considerable expertise in antenna metrology particularly in the challenging field of high-frequency electromagnetic measurements. He provides both technical leadership and hands on implementation developing specifications, experimental setups, as well as interpreting and reviewing measurement data for accuracy.
