Siqi Wang

Siqi Wang (Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering with a minor in computer science from The University of Oklahoma (OU), Norman, OK, USA, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering at UC Irvine, Irvine, CA, USA. During his time at OU, he was a Founding Member of the OU SPIE Student Chapter and served as a Chapter President in the year 2019–2020. Currently, he is working on the development of X-ray-induced acoustic computed tomography systems. Wang’s awards include the SPIE Student Chapter Officer Travel Grant in 2020, the OU Alumni and Foundation Recruitment Fellowship in 2019, and the Mentored Research Fund Award in 2017.
