Shuo Deng received the Ph.D. degree from the Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, he joined the College of Engineering, Swansea University, Swansea, U.K., as a Visiting Student. From 2021 to 2022, he was a Research Fellow with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Science, Wuhan University of Technology. His current research interests include the theoretical and experimental investigation about micro-nano semiconductor devices.
