Bio

I am a recent graduate of the University of Copenhagen, where I have received my Ph.D. degree in Molecular Bacteriology and Infection. My work focuses were on genomic diversity, population genetics, and antimicrobial resistance of commensal Escherichia coli. I have over 8 years of working experience in microbiology as well as in immunology. My recent research interest is on host-microbiome interaction. Currently, I am looking for a postdoctoral position.
