Sebastien G. Gouin

I was born in Le Mans (France) in 1976 and studied organic chemistry at the University of Nantes where I received my PhD in 2003. After postdoctoral training with Prof. Paul V. Murphy at University College Dublin (Ireland), I was appointed as a permanent CNRS researcher in the University of Amiens. My present research activities in the laboratory CEISAM in the University of Nantes, are focused on the synthesis of multivalent carbohydrate and iminosugar ligands to tune lectin and glycosidase activity.
