I head the Environmental Cheminformatics group, focusing on identifying unknowns (non-targets) using computational mass spectrometry and cheminformatic methods, open where possible. This ranges from "known unknowns" using databases to "unknown unknowns" with structure generation. Current projects include ECHIDNA, MICROH, LuxTIME and SinFonia, ELIXIR-Tox; MetFrag, RMassBank & MassBank, the NORMAN Suspect List Exchange (NORMAN-SLE) and integrating these into PubChem and CompTox.
