Sattwikesh Paul was born on August 10, 1990, in Nalitabari upizilla, Sherpur district, Bangladesh. He successfully completed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in 2005, securing a perfect GPA of 5.00 out of 5.00 at Taragonj Pilot High School, Nalitabari. Following this remarkable accomplishment, he excelled in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in 2007, achieving another impeccable GPA of 5.00 out of 5.00 from Dhaka Residential Model College, Dhaka. He pursued his higher education at Bangladesh Agricultural University. In 2012, he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, attaining a notable CGPA of 3.714 out of 4.00, placing him in the First Class 5th category. Subsequently, he pursued further specialization in the field by completing an MS in Surgery in 2014 from the same university. During his master's studies, he distinguished himself with an outstanding CGPA of 4.00 out of 4.00, securing the coveted First Class 1st position.
The exceptional academic achievements of Sattwikesh Paul were duly recognized through prestigious accolades. In 2014, he was bestowed with the "University Gold Medal" for his exemplary performance in the MS in Surgery program. Additionally, he was honored with the National Science and Technology Fellowship for the period of 2013–2014 by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, underscoring his significant contributions to the field of veterinary medicine.
In 2015, Sattwikesh Paul commenced his teaching career as a lecturer in the Department of Surgery & Radiology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) in Gazipur. Concurrently, he joined the Livestock and Poultry Farm at BSMRAU as a veterinarian, actively engaging in practical veterinary work. His commitment to academia and professional growth led to his promotion as an assistant professor in the same department in 2017. Sattwikesh Paul's dedication and academic excellence have been recognized through the prestigious Australian Government RTP Scholarship, awarded to him for his PhD studies at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia.
He has participated in various training courses, including Strengthening Pedagogical Skills of Young Teachers, Communicative English, Internship Program, Basics of MS Office, and Extension Field Trip, thereby expanding his knowledge and honing his skills.
Sattwikesh Paul possesses excellent communication abilities in both Bengali and English, enabling effective verbal and written interactions. This proficiency allows him to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and effectively disseminate knowledge. As a testament to his dedication and professional engagement, Sattwikesh Paul holds membership in esteemed organizations such as Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB), Bangladesh Veterinary Council (BVC), Bangladesh Veterinary Association (BVA), and is a Life-Member of the Bangladesh Association for the Advancement of Sciences (BASS).
Through his exemplary academic achievements, commitment to education, and active involvement in professional organizations, Sattwikesh Paul has established himself as a respected academician and veterinary professional, contributing significantly to the advancement of veterinary science in Bangladesh.
