个人简介
She is leading the development of a new multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation program for the treatment of movement disorders. She created a collaboration with Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI) to execute this that represents a new direction for patient care for both institutions. Dr. Lidstone is passionate about patient-centered approaches to care, including self-management and education, which are important components of the program, as well as establishing strong community networks. In addition to her experience in Parkinson’s Disease, Dr. Lidstone also has a strong academic and clinical interest in Functional Movement Disorders. Integrated Functional Movement Disorders Clinic which was piloted during her fellowship. This experience has also led to the development of a research program for Functional Disorders focusing on treatment models.
