Sang-Bing Ong

I am a mitochondrial biologist, with a keen interest in cardiac mitochondrial morphology. My research thrust lies in changing the shapes of mitochondria (at a proper time and location) to protect the heart against myocardial pathologies. In addition to research, I am an avid sports-person, with time spent between working out in the gym, swimming, sweep-rowing and Muay Thai.
