Sammia Shahid

Dr Sammia Shahid is working as Assistant Professor at UMT since last three years. Here, she is teaching different graduate & undergraduate courses. Her research interests include Isolation and identification of plant secondary metabolite, bioassay screening of herbs, search of new edible oil resources and natural preservatives for nutraceutical, food & cosmetic formulations, anodization, synthesis, characterization & bioactivities of nanoparticles, microbial fuel cell development and search of alternate energy resources.She is Life time member of the Chemical Society of Pakistan, Pakistan Institute of Chemists and International Scientific Organization. She is a reviewer of many International Journals having good impact factor. She is HEC approved PhD Supervisor.
