I am an assistant attending computer scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center with dual appointments in the Departments of Medical Physics and Pathology. I am also an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics & Statistics at Stony Brook University.My research is focused on multimodal and multiscale analysis of biomedical data, i.e., combining radiology/surgery (macroscale), pathology (mesoscale), and genomics/proteomics/metabolomics (microscale) to improve patient outcomes. I use advanced mathematics — inspired by differential geometry, topology, and probability theory — and machine learning to drive this analysis.
