I am Mohamed K. Salah; a geophysicist and seismologist working as an Associate Professor of Geophysics at the Department of Geology, American University of Beirut, Lebanon. I am interested in the study of the 3-D seismic velocity structure of the Earth's crust and uppermost mantle beneath seismotectonically active areas such as subduction zones and major transform fault boundaries. In addition, I am also interested in the study of the petrophysical and elastic properties of carbonate rocks.
