Oliveira is a professor of psychological assessment at the Department of Clinical Psychology at the University of Brasilia (UnB). He is also a research professor at the Graduation Program of Clinical Psychology and Culture (PsiCC). Oliveira obtained his Ph.D. in psychology with an emphasis in psychological assessment from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in psychology from the Lavras University Center (Unilavras) and the UFRGS, respectively.
