Sophia Rasheeqa Ismail

I worked as a medical doctor for several years until I developed a keen interest in public health and then transitioned to biomedical CVD research. Currently, my work focuses on cardiovascular genetic epidemiology, cardiovascular epidemiology, lipidomics, and evidence synthesis. I am embarking on a genome-wide association study of Malaysians with myocardial infarction with the aim of integrating it with my current and planned omics work.
