Since 2008 my career focussed on environment and sustainability with a strong focus on the water sector. I work as researcher and independent consultant to the water sector with a strong focus on the implementation and auditing of water stewardship projects. I facilitate stakeholder events and have trained over 200 people in water stewardship from a wide range of sectors. My career started as a civil engineer working on a range of land development projects. I have acted as the design engineer, site engineer, and project manager. I continue to apply an engineering mindset and skills to water stewardship projects, such as applying calculation methodologies, providing a robust audit trail and undertaking risk analysis and mitigation processes. I work with 20Fifty Partners who are are leaders in the design and delivery of large scale, innovative and action-oriented programmes that help organisations develop the skills and capabilities to transition to a more sustainable future. They work with national and international stakeholders, industry groups and enterprise agencies to create meaningful and verifiable impact through flagship programmes Climate Ready Academy, HSE Lean Academy, Lean & Green Skillnet, Water Stewardship Ireland, and many others. With almost two decades of experience, 20Fifty Partners have established ourselves as leaders in this area and have received national and international recognition for our work.
