I am a researcher who works with devices such as Ferroelectric Field Effect Transistors (FE-FETs), Radiation Hard FE-FETs, Tungsten-doped Indium Oxide transistors, and Gate Oxide Thickness scaling. My work aims to identify improvements for novel applications in memory, neuromorphic computing, energy harvesting, and high-speed electronics, to meet the growing demands of modern technology.
