Ruyue Wang is a senior geologist of petroleum/reservoir geology at SINOPEC Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute and a fixed research member of the State Key Laboratory of Shale Oil and Gas Enrichment Mechanism and Effective Development. He received his Ph.D. from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) in 2017. His research focuses on evolution and characterization of unconventional reservoir. He is an expert in the research field of shale/tight reservoir and has a profound knowledge of shale gas/oil reservoir.
