Rui Zhao

Rui Zhao received the B.S. degree in microelectronics and the M.E. degree in micro-electronics and solid state electronics from the North University of China, Taiyuan, China, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from the Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2016. He is currently a Junior Research Fellow with the School of Instrument and Electronics and the Ministry of Education Key Lab Instrumentation Science and Dynamic Measurement, North University of China. His current research interests include design and fabrication of MEMS/NEMS/MOEMS inertial sensors and MEMS/NEMS bio-chemical sensors. He is also involved in the field of development of biosensor devices based on plasmonics and the self-assembly of nanomaterials.
