Rubén Seoane-Rivero

Dr. in Chemical Sciences from the University of the Basque Country-Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (2016). He did his PhD on "New photosensitive and self-healing polyurethane coatings based on coumarin" and holds a Master's degree in New Materials from the Faculty of Science and Technology (2011). He has 12 years of experience in polymer transformation and functionalization processes. His research has focused on the preparation of sustainable and self-repairing coatings for automotive applications. He has more than 20 scientific contributions including indexed articles, patents and oral presentations at international conferences. He also holds an Executive MBA from the University of the Basque Country-Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (2020) and currently combines his work at the GAIKER Technology Center with his work as Associate Professor at the School of Engineering of Gipuzkoa.
