Dra Rosa Idalia Narro. Full Professor-Researcher C department. Polymer Science and Technology. of the FCQ of the UA de C, member of academic nuclei of 2 postgraduate courses, SNI level 1, Diploma of University Merit, and three awards in inventiveness. His research areas are Formulation of Advanced Polymeric Materials, Handling of the surface properties of materials by radiofrequency plasma, - recycling of materials. Extensive experience in: Modification of various surfaces (nanoparticles, polymers, metals, ceramics, etc. by plasma technology, experience in Synthesis, and formulation of Advanced Polymeric Materials as well as in nanomaterials and/or composites, experience in characterization of materials and interpretation of results More than 30 publications of scientific articles in indexed journals Currently we have been working jointly and in connection with European Universities, such as the University of Girona Spain, the University of South Paris France and the University of Catalonia Spain, we have sending our postgraduate students to stay in these countries, to carry out part of their thesis research, in various areas of materials, such as biobased composites, enzyme immobilization in recycled PET and the effect of plasma on the release of principles active ingredients for biomedical applications Our group 4th state of matter where e am responsible we are working in this 2021, in direction or collaboration of several financed projects, 1 CONACYT (Basic science), 2 by FONCYT and 1 as a seed project, two of them linked to the Health sector (SSA) and the agricultural ( CONAZA) through the projects: Obtaining antibacterial catheters using natural extracts and plasma technology and use of water activated by plasma technology to increase the shelf life of Mexican berries (berries) and reduce their bacterial load. Our projects are projected towards internationalization and social good. In 2022 responsible financed the project, “Obtaining reusable material in wastewater treatment, using plasma functionalization and enzyme immobilization.”
