Romain Bertrand

My research mainly aims to study the impacts of global changes on the biodiversity based on statistical and numerical analysis of big spatio-temporal databases, as well as simulations. More precisely my interests in ecology focus on (i) the assessment of the effects of the environmental changes on the biodiversity from individuals to ecosystems, (ii) the understanding of the mechanisms which determine the species distribution, species assemblages and the ecosystem functioning in a changing world and (iii) the prediction of the biodiversity responses facing global changes.
