Our main area of interest is the structural analysis of natural polysaccharides. These polysaccharides are major components of plant cell walls and form an abundant and renewable resource of structurally diverse biomolecules.
Our goal is to explore novel strategies and methods based on mass spectrometry to better characterize these complex structures and / or localise them in tissues.
