Libia Zulema Rodriguez-Anaya

I´m a Doctor in Biotechnology Sciences from Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora, and molecular biology, genetics, environmental microbiology, genomic biotechnology, and omics sciences professor since January 2016. I have specialized in comparative analysis of complete virus genomes using next-generation sequencing techniques. I work using bioinformatic tools for genome curation, molecular epidemiology studies and genomics. Also, I´m working as a CONACYT-Research Fellow, developing projects on structural and functional genomics applied to diagnoses and/or treatments for pathogenic free-living (FLA) organisms affecting humans (2018 - 2022)
