Robin Stephens

I trained in basic immunology (Cornell, NYU, WashU) and malaria (NIMR/Mill Hill, now Crick Institute, London). We focus on contributions of T and B cells to protection from malaria. We have identified long-lived and protective T cell subsets and are fascinated with the host-parasite compromise in persistent Plasmodium infection. Pathology in malaria and COVID19 are also an exciting newer focus.
