Dr. Brosh’s research is supported by the NIA Intramural Research Program (NIH), and he has received funding from the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, an NIH R03 Grant, and an NIA Inter-Lab Fund. Dr. Brosh serves as a Mentor for the NIH Summer Student Intramural Research Training Award Program, NIH Undergraduate Scholarship Program, and NIH Community College Enrichment Program. In 2015, he received the NIH National Institute on Aging Post Baccalaureate Distinguished Mentor Award. He serves on Editorial Boards for Journal of Biological Chemistry and other journals, and is Associate Editor of Ageing Research Reviews. Dr. Brosh has participated on several grant review committees including NIH, German Research Foundation, and Scientific Committee for Telethon. He also is involved in Outreach Programs to provide children hands-on learning opportunities in science.
