个人简介
ROBERT JEFFERS is a researcher in the Resilience & Regulatory Effects Department at Sandia National Laboratories. He holds a M.S. is Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Ph.D in Environmental Science from Washington State University. He has applied techniques such as system dynamics, agent-based modeling, and dynamic network modeling to diverse problems concerning the intersection between human, natural, and engineered systems - particularly energy and commodity systems.
