How chemotherapy-induced caspase-1 activation within myeloid-derived surppressor cells (MDSC) can affect anti-tumor immune response? To answer this question, we study the effect of IL-1 antagonists (such as anakinra) and the impact of HSP70, an inhibitor of NLRP3 activation on anti-tumor immune response.
