Raphaela P Ferreira

I'm a PhD student at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and I'm fascinated about iPS cells and cardiovascular physiology. Fortunately, I work with them both. I have experience in cell biology and cell therapy, focusing on generation of iPSC and its differentiation in cardiomyocytes. My current project aims to better understand the development of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity, where I perform in vitro drug screening.
