Dr. Raoul-Vasile Lupusoru received his MD from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania in 2007 and his PhD in Normal and Pathological Physiology from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania in 2012. He was assistant (2013-2015), then lecturer (2015-2017) and after that associated professor at the Department of Pathophysiology, “Gr.T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iaşi, Romania (since 2017). Dr. Raoul-Vasile Lupuşoru has experience in biomaterial compatibility (including nanomaterials), nanotoxicology, and experimental pathophysiology (animal models of diabetes, ultraviolet irradiation). He was involved in national grants investigating novel molecules and biomaterial compatibility. He is author or co-author of more than 30 scientific publications on national and international journals and author or co-author of more than 40 scientific publications on conference proceedings in the fields mentioned above.
