Ramon Roca-Tey, M.D., PhD. Senior Consultant in Nephrology, Hospital Universitari Mollet, Fundación Sanitaria Mollet, Barcelona, ​​Spain. President of the Spanish Multidisciplinary Vascular Access Group (GEMAV) 2019-2023. Council member of the Vascular Access Society (VAS) 2011-2023. Coordinator of the vascular access working groups of the Catalan Nephrology Society and the Spanish Nephrology Society from 2008 to date. Board Of Directors member at Spanish Dialysis Foundation (FED) from 2019 to date. Participation in three Clinical Guidelines for Vascular Access: European Renal Association-European Dialysis and Transplant Association (ERA-EDTA, 2019), European Society for Vascular Surgery (ESVS, 2018) and, especially, as co-coordinator, co-editor and co-author of the “Spanish Clinical Guidelines on Vascular Access for Haemodialysis” (GEMAV, 2017).
