个人简介
Dr. C T Ramachandra is currently working as Professor and Head at Department of Processing and Food Engineering, College of Agricultural Engineering, University of Agricultural Sciences, GKVK, Bengaluru. His areas of research include Aloe vera Processing, Donkey milk processing, Sub-Baric Storage Technology, Solid State Heating and Cooling in Food Processing etc. He has handled several externally funded projects from DST-SERB, Govt. of India, Word Bank funded through ICAR New Delhi, Govt. of Karnataka etc. He has guided 21 M. Tech. students and 2 Ph.D. students in the discipline of Food Process Engineering. He is also teaching the subjects of Food Process Engineering to undergraduate and post graduate students in the area of Agricultural and Food Engineering
