My research interest is in nutritional status of paediatric cancer, vitamin D in health and disease and nutritional issues of children and adolescents in clinical and healthy populations. For example, I started a project aimed at developing and implementing nutritional standards for paediatric cancer patients. I am also investigating the effects of vitamin D on several clinical and muscle health outcomes in healthy children and if knowledge, attitudes and perceptions determine vitamin D status
