Peng Qin

Peng Qin (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. From 2012 to 2013, he was a Visiting Scholar with the University of Victoria, Victoria, BC, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China. His research interests include resource allocation in the Internet of things, smart grid communications, space air ground integrated networks, and vehicular networks. He was the recipient of the International Communications Signal Processing and Systems Conference Best Paper Award, and International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in China Best Paper Award in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, respectively.
