Dr. Putri Widyanti Harlina currently works at the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Industrial Technology, Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. Her current research project about Low saturated shortening with different emulsifier through Lipidomics; Cold plasma technology on animal based food; Halal authentication on meat products using Lipidomics approach and Lipidomics profiling from meat product supplemented with Polyphenol extracts.
