Paul L. Bishop

Paul L. Bishop received the Ph.D. degree in 1972 from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He is currently the Environmental Engineering Program Director at the National Science Foundation. He is also the Associate Vice President for Research and Professor of Environmental Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH. His current research interests are measuring the impacts of in situ environmental conditions on biodegradation of toxic chemicals in biofilms treatment processes and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soils at superfund sites.
