The main research work is to establish a quantitative method of protein related to drug disposal, and to understand the factors affecting drug disposal, the pharmacokinetics, reactivity and potential toxicity of unstable acyl glucuronide metabolites, the role of glucuronic acid in the intestinal toxicity of drugs and the regulation of plant drugs/herbs on drug glucuronic acid. He is the director of quantitative targeting protein omics laboratory, which uses LC-MS to measure protein in complex matrix.
