Per-Olof Ostergren

My research interests are social epidemiology and health policy, with a special focus on health equity. Many studies concern migration and health, labour market relations and health, work organization and health and social relations and health. Common outcomes are mental health, cardiovascular health, infectious diseases, and sexual and reproductive health. We use predominantly quantitative research methods (large population surveys, register studies) but we also use qualitative methods.
