Pedro Carvalho received its B.Sc. in Electric and Computer Engineering in Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP) in 2001. In 2004 concluded the MSc. In 2012 received its PHD with the thesis "Video Object Tracking: Contributions to Object Description and Performance Assessment". He is senior researcher at INESC TEC and Invited Adjunct Professor at ISEP. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE and Order of Engineers (OE).
