Patrice Garcia

Patrice Garcia was born in Paris, France, on January 31, 1972. He received the M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees in low-IF 900MHz BiCMOS receiver for cellular communications from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, France, in 1999. He joined STMicroelectronics, Crolles, France, in 1999, where he contributed to the development of GSM/WCDMA RFIC front-end. Since 2005, he has been in charge of a RF/mmW design team. His research interests are in the field of BiCMOS and CMOS circuits for video and radar applications.
