个人简介
Prof. Pascale Senellart-Mardon conducts research at the interface of solid-state physics, quantum optics, and nanotechnology. She is interested in the interaction between light and quantum dots, these semiconductor nano-objects behaving like “artificial atoms.” She develops components to generate and manipulate light photon by photon, using them for various applications in quantum information processing and to push the understanding of light-matter interaction at the scale of elementary particles. However, her work is not limited to fundamental physics.
